Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, UDUSOK shuts down School Over Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Recall that few days ago, National Universities Commission (NUC) ordered all Universities Vice Chancellors to close down the Universities for a period of one month in efforts to contain the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19)
In obedience to the directive, the authorities of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUSOK) has ordered all her students to vacate the school Hostel on or before Monday 23rd of March 2020.

This was released in a memo directed to students of the University and signed by the Deputy Dean of Student Affairs. The memo fully reads:
CLOSURE OF THE HOSTELS
Sequel to the notice on the closure of the University, students are hereby advised to vacate all halls of residence on or before 23rd March, 2020. Hostels will be closed by 5pm on the stated date.
Students are also advised to pack out all their luggage from the hostels. The University shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to students’ properties during the closure. Failure to abide by the instruction shall attract appropriate punishment.
