UCH Ibadan School of Nursing Form 2023/2024 is Out [UPDATED]

Do you want to apply for the UCH Ibadan School of Nursing Form? Well we are pleased to inform you that the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan, school of nursing admission form for 2023/2024 admission form is now on sale.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing, U.C.H., Ibadan for November, 2023 Class.

The course is for a period of three years, following which candidates shall be presented for both the School and Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria Final Examinations to qualify, be registered and licensed to practice as General Nurses (RN).

Admission Requirements

• Applicants should be aged 16 years and above
• Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE/NECOSSCE) or GCE O’ Level or equivalent with at least 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings OR NABTEB at one (1) sitting. This means if you are using either WASSCE (WAEC) or NECO, you can combine your results. But if you are using NABTEB O’level, you can’t combine your result.

How to Apply for UCH Ibadan School of Nursing Form

The application form is available beginning from Friday 13th October, 2023 through the UCH SCHOOLS’ PORTAL at website https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng.

Interested individuals are to do the following;

1.. Visit the UCH schools’ portal on portal.uch ibadan.org.ng and click the REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment.

2. After successful payment, candidates are to sign up with your RRR, Email and Password used for the payment.

3.. Login with your Email and Password to continue the online application

4.Go to the portal on portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download the Applicants’ User Guide

5. Follow instructions on the Applicants’ User Guide to input your data and submit your application online.

6. Print 2 copies of your form and Photo card and submit for authentication at Room 6, School of Nursing

How Candidates will be Selected into UCH Ibadan School of Nursing

METHOD OF SELECTION: PLEASE NOTE:

(i) Applicants shall be notified of the date, venue, and time for Computer Based (CBT) Entrance Examination through their e-mail addresses and text messages.

(ii) Only candidates with authenticated (stamped and signed) Photo cards shall be allowed into the examination venue.

(iii) Only candidates who attain acceptable standards at the examination shall be invited for an interview or considered for selection following the interview.
