I have moved on
Nigerian palavar will give up high B.P one day

The decision of the FG is absolutely ignoble. They opened markets, mosque, churches, inter state transport, airports and hotels. Yet just a few students whose education career is at stake can not be allowed to sit for exams. This is not only strange but evil.

Even U.S.A are to resume school next month according to donal trump Schools to be reopened on the 4th of August.
President Donald Trump insists that total closure of schools is more dangerous than covid19 but Nigeria owe election is more important than opening of school

The Senior Minister Of Education Gaffed By Deceiving The FEC To Accept No WAEC EXAMS FOR Students Of SSS 3. ….. DO TO COVID 19. In His Words , ”They Need To Protect Nigerian Students … Alas … Why Won’t The Same Government Protect Edo & Ondo Citizens From Covid 19 , And Postpone The Elections In The Two States. This Minister is Funny …. So With The Massive Blocks Of Class Rooms In Secondary Schools , Mask On Face, Environ Fumigation , Hand Washing , COVID 19 Will Still Attack Students Paired In Two Or Four Per Class. If… Read more »

Reversal of school resumption or cancellation of WAEC was not a passionate decision because Goverment has the interest and love of Nigerian students, but rather to cover their poor or zero preparation for the resumption. At state level, what mechanism or safety measures are in place for resumption? Even, at FG level, no preparation compared to China and UK, evidence abound on protective kits and measures put in place by these countries. We must not compromise future of our promising youths at the expense of lackadaisical attitude of our leaders. They should commit resources to renovation of existing classrooms, build… Read more »

The is really an unnecessary decision
The waec candidates are the affected more by this so called decision
At least let them resume school and write their waec cause their life depends on it
You’re simply holding them back
Election can go on but schools can’t resume?
Cause as far as I know election grounds are less organised than school premises
We’re not asking for all classes to resume just like the previous plan was made that only examination classes will
This is simply just unfair

Federal government or what we call minister of education decision on NO WAEC FOR NOW is uncall for in as much as every sector in Nigeria resumed work with expectations to observe all covid 19 guide line, sectors like banks, Markets , Transportation are not different to educational sector most especially waec students .

I am of opinion that federal government and education minister should reconsidered waec candidate to write their paper and conform with waec standard.

Students need to go back to school but to be honest with ourselves, it is not yet time. The rate of infection is still high and if the situation gets out of hand, the nation is in trouble as our heath care system will not be able to accommodate it. The number of infected people reported so far is far less than those actually infected. The reason for the inaccurate number is lack of enough testing facilities and the unwillingness of the masses to submit themselves to the test. To me, it will be unwise to send a child to… Read more »
