Prof. Sulyman Abdulkareem, the Vice Chancellor (VC) of University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) have adviced students newly admitted into UNILORIN to reduces the time they spend on social media like Facebook, twitter, Whatsap, Instagram etc.

Prof. Abdulkareem also reminded newly students that they are really lucky to be among the chosen students as many applied for the school but few were chosen.

The UNILORI’s VC also assured the new students that the school management will try their best to see they graduate at when due.

The registrar of the university, Mr Emmanuel Obafemi, also advised the new students to to manage their time perfectly.

“You are enjoined to manage your time very well by ensuring that you attend lectures, tutorials, and practical classes regularly as well as carry out all your assignments,” Obafemi said.
