MAUTECH Matriculation Date 2024 Announced [UPDATED]

Modibbo Adama University of Technology (MAUTECH) Matriculation Ceremony Date for 2023/2024 academic Session has been announced.

I write to inform all staff and students that the 2023/2024 Matriculation Ceremony of the University has been scheduled for Wednesday 27th March 2024 at 10:00a.m at the University’s Convocation Square. It is compulsory for all fresh undergraduate students to attend the Ceremony, take the Matriculation Oath and sign the Matriculation Register at their respective Faculties/College. Students who fail to sign the register will not be considered as registered students of the University.

There will be a compulsory rehearsal for all Matriculating students on Tuesday 26th March 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Convocation Square.

Matriculating students are expected to make a non refundable deposit of five hundred Naira (4500.00) only at Bursary Department before being Issued with acadernic gowns by their Faculty Officers on Monday 25th March 2024 as from 12:00noon.

Faculty Officers are hereby requested to collect academic gowns from the Central Stores on Monday 25th March 2024 for issuance to new students for the matriculation ceremony and return the same number of gowns back to the stores by Friday 1″ April 2024.

DISTRIBUTION OF ACADEMIC GOWNS TO THE NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS FOR THE 2023/2024 SESSION’S MATRICULATION CEREMONY

This is to inform you that the 2023/2024 matriculation ceremony has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 27 March 2024. As usual, you are please requested to collect the number of academic gowns and caps indicated against your Faculty from the Central Stores on Monday 25th March 2024 for immediate distribution to the newly admitted students for the ceremony.

Each interested student is required to pay a non refundable fee of five hundred naira (N500) to the Bursar for hiring of the gowns. All gowns should be returned to the School Officers by Thursday 28th March 2024 for onward forwarding to the Central Stores

All gowns are expected to be returned to the Central Stores by the School Officers on or before Friday 1st April 2024.

By a copy of this letter, the Bursar is please requested to accept a non refundable fee of five hundred naira (N500) from the students for hiring of the academic gowns
