ABUAD Convocation: 125 out of 1,415 Students Bags First Class

Professors Smaranda Olarinde, acting vice-chancellor of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti said on Monday that 125 of the institution’s out of 1,415 graduates bagged first-class degrees.

Olarinde said the graduates include 1,306 undergraduates, comprising 125 first-class, 563 second-class upper, 473 second-class lower, 60 third-class, and 109 postgraduates.

The VC said this during a pre-convocation press conference held by Ado Ekiti University.

“In just 12 years of existence, our university has won several national and international awards and recognitions for excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and impact in the life of the larger society through our community development efforts”. Olarinde added.
